I am so over all the fucking ridiculous jargon and bs that people in my workplace go on about.
It is sucking my spirit, I have started to hear similar words start to come out of my own mouth and I feel like sending them out with a vomit chaser.

Stuff like that, or WORSE!!!
Far worse than that... a lot of '..ogies' and '..isms' and horrible strange new words made up of other words cleverly melded together like stupidogyism.
