I know it's not christmas... but

AS IF Mary got away with that whole 'virgin birth' story.

It really does put just a tinsy shadow of doubt over the rest of the story now doesn't it...

I like mtb's theory from a while ago that maybe Mary had a male conjoined twin growing inside her and so she impregnated herself with her brothers sperm.



Falls down a bit though cause it's unlikely the foetus would have gone through puberty, but it's still more believable than a virgin birth.
